Seller Policy Set

Qloset Seller Policy Set 1.0 consists of the exact documents and effective dates listed below. The Vendor Agreement incorporates the other four documents by reference.

1. Vendor Agreement — Version 1.0, effective August 31, 2026.
2. Responsibility of Sellers Policy — Version 1.0, effective August 31, 2026.
3. Intellectual Property Policy — Version 1.0, effective August 31, 2026.
4. Privacy Policy — effective August 31, 2026.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy — effective August 31, 2026.

Publication makes Seller Policy Set 1.0 available to review. It does not by itself record or prove that a Seller accepted the Vendor Agreement.

The Vendor Agreement becomes binding on a Seller only when that Seller accepts Version 1.0 electronically through a method Qloset provides. Qloset must retain the Seller identity, accepted version, exact text or content hash, timestamp, and acceptance method.
